Capitol Artwork-15 [Duplicate]

A statue of William Colvill, Col. 1st Regiment Minnesota Volunteers, stands at the Minnesota State Capitol in St. Paul. Beginning in the spring, work crews will take down paintings and sculpture and cover murals and statues as the renovation continues on the century old building. Some lawmakers hope to update the collection while others are committed to leaving it unchanged. The Associated Press
