The painting "The Battle of Nashville" hangs on the walls of the governor's reception room at the Minnesota State Capitol in St. Paul. Beginning in the spring, work crews will take down paintings and sculpture and cover murals and statues as the renovation continues on the century old building. A remark by Gov. Mark Dayton sparked debate whether the reception room need six paintings of Civil War scenes. The Associated Press
