Anthony Morse, Lower Sioux Agency site manager and tribal historian (center) , conducts a traditional prayer ceremony accompanied with a prayer song by tribal member Dane Nelson before a peace pipe held by Karyn Cissell was presented to the Sleepy Eye Historical Society Saturday. The pipe once belonged to community namesake Chief Sleepy Eye.
