The filings also detailed LaDue allegedly telling police he set off his explosives with fellow students assisting or simply watching, including teenagers Austin Walters, Colby Radke and Ed Persell. However, LaDue allegedly said none of the other students was aware of his plan to kill people.
Radke and Walters are facing criminal charges for helping to detonate explosives. Persell has not been charged. Persell's mother, Jennifer, rented the storage unit LaDue used to build his bombs but was unaware of his intentions, according to LaDue's criminal complaint.
Additionally, search warrants related to the charges against Radke and Walters detailed posts made by them and LaDue on the Facebook group #HomeromFoLyfe.
Walters allegedly posted a "Lol" with a photograph of a Back to School flier with a sales advertisement for an AR-15 assault rifle underneath it.
LaDue allegedly posted "(Radke) this is 4 u bol" with a picture of Oxi-clean and other containers with the words "Day 29 They suspect nothing."
Radke and Walters are to appear in court July 7. LaDue is scheduled to appear in court July 30 to determine if he will be tried as an adult.
