Our View: Taxpayers want value not cliches

If Republicans want to make a case that MnDOT already has enough money to prevent roads from getting worse – as the Minnesota Chamber suggests – Republicans should be willing to make a good argument on that and come up with the facts to back it up.

There are plenty of issues, plenty of differences between the parties. We hope Democrats, Republicans and others don’t trot out the same tired clichés and phrases and get down to real details on how taxpayers get value from their policies.
