Crystal Starrett
daughter of Susan Starrett of Lyle and Robert and Kamala Starrett of Sparta, Wis. She is a 2003 graduate of Lyle High School and a 2008 graduate of Minnesota State University, Mankato.
Chad Pepper
son of Thomas and Kathy Pepper of St. Clair. A 2002 graduate of St. Clair High School and a 2005 graduate of South Central College, he is employed by Kato Engineering in Mankato.
A Feb. 14 wedding is planned.
