— Troy Lynn Soukey, daughter of Nelson and Ethel Soukey of Theresa, N.Y. A 2000 graduate of Indian River High School in Philadelphia, N.Y. and a 2004 graduate of the State University of New York-Potsdam, she is employed as an elementary art teacher by Watson Chapel School District in Pine Bluff, Ark.

Richard Mirrell DeBill II, son of Jerry DeBill of Mankato and Lucinda DeBill of Pasadena, Calif. A 1997 graduate of Maple River High School and a 2004 graduate of the State University of New York-Canton, he is employed as manager by the Pine Bluff Country Club.

A July 12 wedding is planned in Pine Bluff.
