daughter of Rick and Danna Jo Neugebauer of Mitchell, South Dakota. A 2003 graduate of Mitchell High School and a 2007 graduate of Dakota County Technical College, she is employed as a web designer by Thomson Findlaw. Dan Hall son of Mark and Pat Hall of North Mankato. A 2004 graduate of Mankato West High School and attended South Central Technical College, he is employed by the Fastenal Company. A Sept. 27 wedding is planned.
