---- — Arts Center of St. Peter — “Inner Necessities,” Kay Herbst Helms’ photographs of the hands, faces and places of artists and musicians from south central Minnesota through Sunday at 315 S. Minnesota Ave., St. Peter. Hours: 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesday through Friday and 1-5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.

Blue Earth County Historical Society’s Heritage Center — Works from the BECHS art collection this month at 415 Cherry St., Mankato. Hours: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday through Friday and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday.

Blue Earth County Library, Mankato — Mankato Quilters Club items this month at 100 E. Main St. Exhibit may be viewed during library hours: 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday and Tuesday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Wednesday through Friday and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday.

Centennial Student Union Gallery — Art League Spring Show through April 9 in the lower level of Centennial Student Union at Minnesota State University. Hours: Open during student union hours.

Conkling Gallery — Senior Show 1 Monday through April 9 at 139 Nelson Hall, MSU. Hours: 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday. Reception 7 p.m. Monday.

Emy Frentz Gallery — Installation by Dana Sikkala through April 16 at 523 S. Second St. Hours: Noon to 4 p.m. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday and 4-8 p.m. Thursday.

Hillstrom Museum of Art — Concurrent exhibits of works by Minna Citron (1896-1991) and Peggy Bacon (1895-1987) through April 17 at Gustavus Adolphus, St. Peter. Spring break hours: 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. today and Friday and 2-4 p.m. Monday and Tuesday.

North Mankato Taylor Library — Photographs by Terri DeGezelle and Ann E. Judkins this month at 1001 Belgrade Ave. Exhibit may be viewed during library hours: 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Friday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday and noon to 4 p.m. Sunday.

Lookout Art Gallery — “Day of Remembrance: Photographs of the Japanese American Concentration Camps of World War II through April 11 in Room C-167 at South Central College, North Mankato. Hours: 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday.

The 410 Project — Drawings by Lu Mulder Friday through April 13 at 523 S. Front St. Hours 2-6 p.m. Wednesday through Saturday and 1-4 p.m. Sunday. Reception for "Shadows and Voids" 7-9 p.m. Friday.

Waseca Arts Center — Gustavus Adolphus College instructor Lois Peterson’s “The Double Landscape Series” through Saturday at 200 N. State St., Waseca. Gallery hours: 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday through Friday and 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday. Closing party 1-3 p.m. March 30. Also, sculptures by David Hyduke of Kasota displayed in lobby.

Ylvisaker Fine Arts Center — Alumnus Jason Jaspersen’s mixed media works through Friday at Bethany Lutheran College, 700 Luther Drive. Gallery hours: 1-9 p.m. Sunday through Thursday, and 1-8 p.m. Friday and Saturday.
