Arts Center of St. Peter — “Sharing the Fire” exhibit of noted Minnesota ceramic artists’ works through May 12 at 315 S. Minnesota Ave., St. Peter. Hours: 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesday through Friday and 1-5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.

Blue Earth County Historical Society’s Heritage Center — An exhibit of photography by Donna Webb of Mankato this month at 415 Cherry St., Mankato. Opening reception 5-7 p.m. today. Hours: 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesday and Thursday and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Wednesday, Friday and Saturday.

Blue Earth County Library, Mankato —  Displays featuring Project GEM student artists this month at 100 E. Main St. Exhibit may be viewed during library hours: 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday and Tuesday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Wednesday and Friday and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday.

Brown County Historical Society Museum — Wanda Gag 120th Birthday Exhibit through November at 2 N. Broadway, New Ulm. Hours: 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday through Friday and 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday.

Carnegie Art Center — Inaugural juried exhibition through May 25 at 120 S. Broad St. Reception 7-9 p.m. Saturday; award ceremony 8:30 p.m. Hours: 1-7 p.m. Thursday, 1- 4 p.m. Friday and 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday.

Centennial Student Union Gallery — Undergraduate Research Symposium Exhibit in lower level of MSU Student Union. Hours: 6:30 a.m. to midnight Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to midnight Saturday and 10 a.m. to midnight Sunday.

Coffee Hag — Paintings by April Anderson this month at 329 N. River-front Drive. Exhibit may be viewed during shop hours.

Conkling Gallery, MSU — Senior Show 3 Friday through April 26 at 139 Nelson Hall. Participating artists: Nancy Ariza, Abigail Daleki, Stefanie Edwards, Jessica Fowler, Amy Kloss, Abigail Monnens, Paras Rai, Amanda Roub, Angela Snyder, Lee Thorburn and Vanessa Wieseler. Emy Frentz Arts Guild Gallery — Lifeworks exhibit through May 1 at S. Second St., Mankato. Reception 5-7 p.m. today. Hours: Noon to 4 p.m. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday and 4-8 p.m. Thursday.

Hillstrom Museum of Art, St. Peter — “How Things Are: Paintings by Ann Martin” and “The Eight, the Ashcan School and the American Scene in the Hillstrom Collection” showing concurrently through Sunday in the lower level of C. Charles Jackson Campus Center at Gustavus Adolphus College. Hours: 9-4 p.m. Monday through Friday and 1-5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.

Kiesling House, New Ulm — “My Everyday Iraq: Paintings by Samantha Starbird” through Saturday at 220 N. Minnesota St., New Ulm. Hours: 1:30-4:30 p.m. Wednesday through Friday and 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday.

The 410 Project — Ceramist Jackleen Kramer’s MA thesis exhibit, “Experiments and Undulations” through Sunday at 523 S. Front St. Hours: 2-6 p.m. Wednesday through Saturday and 1-4 p.m. Sunday.

Ylvisaker Fine Arts Center — at 700 Luther Drive, Bethany Lutheran College. Hours: 1-9 p.m. Monday through Wednesday and 1-8 p.m. Friday and Saturday.

Waseca Art Center — Art created by students from 10 area schools through May 3 at 200 State Street North. Hours: 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday and 10 a. m. to 2 p.m. Saturday.
