Art Exhibits July 18-24

Arts Center of St. Peter — Annual membership show through July 28 at 315 S. Minnesota Ave., St. Peter. Hours: 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesday through Friday and 1-5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.

Blue Earth County Library, Mankato — Relay for Life displays featured this month at 100 E. Main St. Exhibit may be viewed during library hours: 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday and Tuesday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Wednesday through Friday and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday.

Blue Earth County Historical Society’s Heritage Center — Paintings by Craig Groe through September at 415 Cherry St., Mankato. Reception 5-7 p.m. today. Hours: 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesday and Thursday and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Wednesday, Friday and Saturday.

Brown County Historical Society Museum — Wanda Gag 120th Birthday Exhibit through November at 2 N. Broadway, New Ulm. Hours: 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday through Friday and 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday.

Carnegie Art Center — Showing concurrently — a retrospect of metal sculpture by David Hyduke, Steve Wilson’s “Disconnected: A Sense of Virtual Reality” and a historical exhibit of Carnegie building images and artifacts — through July 27 at 120 S. Broad St. Hours 1-7 p.m. Thursday, 1-4 p.m. Friday and 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday.

Emy Frentz Gallery — Works by Robert Marsh through Aug. 14 at 523 S. Second St. Reception 5-8 p.m. today. Hours: Noon to 4 p.m. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday and 4-8 p.m. Thursday.

North Mankato Taylor Library — Figurative works by Joleen Preston of Mankato through Aug. 2 at 1001 Belgrade Ave. Exhibit may be viewed during library hours: 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Friday and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday.

The 410 Project — Works created by young Mankato-area artists Friday through Aug. 4 at 523 S. Front St. Opening reception 6-8 p.m. Friday. Hours 2-6 p.m. Wednesday through Saturday and 1-4 p.m. Sunday.

Waseca Art Center — Paintings by Bruce McClain this month at 200 State Street North. Hours: 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday through Friday and 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday.
