Arts Center of St. Peter — "Departures," new works by Cameron A. Jarvis and Betsy Ruth Byers Friday through Sept. 8 at 315 S. Minnesota Ave., St. Peter. Reception 2-4 p.m. Sept. 7. Hours: 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesday through Friday and 1-5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.

Blue Earth County Library, Mankato — Boy Scouts and Girls Scouts memorabilia displayed this month at 100 E. Main St. Exhibit may be viewed during library hours: 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday and Tuesday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Wednesday through Friday and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday.

Blue Earth County Historical Society’s Heritage Center — Paintings by Craig Groe through September at 415 Cherry St., Mankato. Hours: 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesday and Thursday and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Wednesday, Friday and Saturday.

Brown County Historical Society Museum — Wanda Gag 120th Birthday Exhibit through November at 2 N. Broadway, New Ulm. Hours: 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday through Friday and 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday.

Emy Frentz Gallery — Works by Robert Marsh through Aug. 14 at 523 S. Second St. Hours: Noon to 4 p.m. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday and 4-8 p.m. Thursday.

North Mankato Taylor Library — Figurative works by Joleen Preston of Mankato through Friday and Mankato artist Margie Larson's plein air paintings Saturday through Aug. 30 at 1001 Belgrade Ave. Exhibit may be viewed durinat 1001 Belgrade Ave. Exhibit may be viewed during library hours: 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Friday and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday.

St. Peter Coop — “Figures, Landscapes and Flowers", new works by Barbara Bjelland of St. Peter, through Aug. 11 at 228 W. Mulberry St. in St. Peter. Exhibit may be viewed during store hours.

The 410 Project — Works created by young Mankato-area artists through Sunday at 523 S. Front St. Hours 2-6 p.m. Wednesday through Saturday and 1-4 p.m. Sunday.

Waseca Art Center — Furniture and wood designs by Mark Buley Friday through Aug. 31 at 200 State Street North. Reception 4:30-6:30 p.m. Friday and demonstration of hand-cut dovetail joinery 10:30-11:30 a.m. Saturday. Hours: 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday through Friday and 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday.
