Your View — Want chickens? Move to the country

— Doris Berger’s Your View letter, published March 9, was interesting (and funny).
Her chickens had a summer cottage, all cozy and sunny. How could she eat those chickens that she cared so much about?
Chickens belong in the country. I take it that Berger didn’t have or want chickens in the city, so she moved back home to the farm.
People who want chickens move to the country. This is the city.
I would not want to have chickens or any other farm animals next door to me. I don’t care how many times you bathe them or if they have matching outfits — not in the city.
