Published August 14, 2008 10:58 am - Your View: No virtue in winning unprovoked war By Judy Ahlstrom, St. Peter This is in response to the letter from Kermit Swanson published in The Free Press on Aug. 7, wherein he asks what the Bush bashers are going to do now that we are (supposedly) winning the war in Iraq, proving Bush’s assessment correct.
I ask him what virtue there might be in winning an unprovoked, unnecessary war started and continued upon false pretenses?
