Medical act could help you, will help millions

Referencing the article titled, “1 in 10 Obamacare signups still flawed” of Dec. 7 — it is really getting disturbing how a lot of news is reported. Instead of one in 10 flawed, why not nine out of 10 not flawed? Give the guy a break. A glass half full is neither full nor empty and when you talk about it you should tell it like it is and not the most eye-catching way.

President Obama succeeded in pushing through a medical care program that will benefit millions of people. He had to do it over the objections and resistance of a bunch of uncaring self-serving politicians who care more about their re-election, the wealthy and whatever trouble they can cause President Obama rather than representing the majority of the Americans.

A couple of Democrats opposed the medical act and should be run out of town an a rail. The program will be a success if we want it to be and for millions of people it really has to be.

But to make this miracle happen we will all have to get behind it. What will it do for you? I don’t know, but I do know it won’t hurt you much. It could help you and it will help millions of people who for many reasons cannot afford the current medical system insurance. And, finally, as the Christians we claim to be it would seem we should all be in favor of that.
