Nobel Conference dismissed creation, God

Nobel Conference dismissed creation, God

Once again, a Nobel Conference at Gustavus Adolphus College in St. Peter, a once-Christian school.

George Smoot, a professor from the University of California-Berkeley, said he has a lot of close, very devout, religious friends who pray that scientists will not find any answers to certain questions so they can continue to believe in God.

He said that’s the dumbest attitude and received applause.

He is right. You are neither religious or devout, and certainly not a Christian if you worry that scientists will prove God is wrong.

God’s word will stand forever.

Another genius, Lawrence Krauss, said a universe from nothing is likely. I agree. In the beginning, God created.

Krauss said God never enters into the discussion. It’s irrelevant.

It’s been a long fall for a once-Christian school. Pray for the few schools that remain faithful.
