— Goodness and kindness abound.
I was delighted to see the “Random Acts of Kindness” reader submissions on Page B4 in the March 12 Free Press. It is great to provide a forum to share stories of people treating neighbors or others as they'd like to be treated.
The list titled “The Selfless Path” on the same page is of great service to all the organizations and worthy causes that benefit from the selfless work of volunteers for whom there is an unending need.
The Free Press deserves to be recognized and thanked for providing this opportunity to share stories of kindness, empathy, sympathy and caring for one another. It is a service to all, to the organizations, to the strangers, to the neighbors and to the friends that reach out in selfless ways in helping others.
Now it is up to us to keep the stories coming.
How beautiful a day can be when kindness touches it.
