Be wary of VA experience with Obamacare

The recent evidence of a cooking-the-books scandal at some Veterans Administration clinics and hospitals, if substantiated, brings to mind the good and bad characteristics of loyalty.

The loyalty veterans have to their country is admirable. The loyalty some VA bureaucrats seem to have to their bureaucracy above those they are charged to service in these situations is not admirable.

I think this should be used as a learning experience with respect to Obamacare and beyond. The final arbiter of Obamacare will be public opinion based on experience. If Obamacare does not pass that test we must resist replacing it with a VA type single payer program.
