On my way to Lake Jefferson, Madison Lake, Mankato and home, I observed 101 vehicles that did not have their lights on.
This was Memorial Day, a holiday.
It was overcast and raining off and on.
There was a law passed a few years ago about having your lights on when raining or snowing, foggy etc.
During these times it is better to be seen.
It just amazed me how many would be driving in the rain, wipers on, but no lights.
