Marc Chadderdon can track suspects’ vehicles through a computer with the help of a high-tech device purchased with a U.S. Department of Homeland Security grant. The Nicollet County deputy has helped several southern Minnesota law enforcement agencies solve cases with the device, which uses global positioning and wireless communications technology.
