Several bags of pot, one bag of mushrooms and two Partridges and a Petree are all included in a criminal complaint charging three men with selling drugs in April.

Craig Anthony Partridge, 25, Christopher Lee Partridge, 24, and David Christopher Petree, 23, all of Mankato, have been charged with two counts each of fourth-degree aiding and abetting drug sales.

The men were in a car and stopped by a Blue Earth County Sheriff’s deputy on April 28 after the deputy saw what he suspected was a drug deal at the intersection of Riverfront Drive and Poplar Street.

After seeing an exchange between a passenger in the car and a fourth man on a bicycle, the deputy stopped the car and had it searched. One bag, marked $60, with several smaller bags of marijuana; a second bag, marked $20, with several smaller bags of marijuana; and a third heat-sealed bag with psychedelic mushrooms were found, the criminal complaint said.
