MANKATO — Police are reminding people to check their doors at night after a burglary was reported at a Jacob Drive residence Saturday morning.
A resident called police at about 5:20 a.m. to report someone had burglarized the house while the people living there were sleeping. Two flat-screen televisions and a laptop computer were stolen. The estimated value of the stolen items is $1,400.
There was no evidence of forced entry so police suspect a door had been left unlocked.
