NORTH MANKATO — After the Legislature banished electronic cigarettes from schools and government buildings but stopped short of a public buildings ban, the North Mankato City Council will take another look Monday.
After taking a wait-and-see approach in February, before the Legislature acted, the council will reconsider its own regulations to e-cigs.
The proposed ordinance has been pared down in length since February, though it still includes the public buildings ban.
In January, Mankato banned e-cigs from public buildings.
The meeting begins at 7 p.m. at the Municipal Building.
