MANKATO — A 43-year-old Mankato man was arrested after a stabbing late Friday night at a home on East Thompson Street.
Ralph Cainstraffney Griffin is facing possible charges of second-degree assault, terroristic threats and obstruction of the legal process after twice stabbing a man and then resisting arrest, according to Mankato police. The victim was taken by ambulance to the Mankato hospital with two non-life-threatening puncture wounds. A female victim, whose injuries weren’t described, was treated at the scene, police said.
Griffin left the residence after police were called at 11:32 p.m. Friday, but police followed him and used a taser when he resisted arrest.
