Mankato/North Mankato

All posts, auxiliaries and veterans groups are scheduled:

• 8 a.m.— Korean Memorial; 12:10 p.m. — Vietnam Memorial; 1 p.m. — World War II Memorial, Wheeler Park in North Mankato.

American Legion Post 11, Sons of American Legion, Legion Auxiliary, Voiture 281 40&8, Boy Scout Troop 4 will conduct the following services:

• 9 a.m. — Pioneer Cemetery; 9:30 a.m. — Calvary Cemetery; 9:45 a.m. — Oaklawn Nursing Home; 10:15 a.m. — Highland Park Veterans Memorial; 11 a.m. — Woodland Hills Cemetery; 11:45 a.m. — Laurels Edge.

Walter Strand VFW Post 950 and Auxiliary:

• 9 a.m. — Mount Olivet Cemetery; 9:30 a.m. — Glenwood Cemetery; 10 a.m. — Decoria Cemetery; 11 a.m. — Minneopa Cemetery.

American Legion Post 518, Sons of American Legion, and Auxiliary:

• 9 a.m. — Rapidan Memorial Park; 10 a.m. — Kerns Cemetery, Belgrade Township; 1:45 p.m. — Oak Terrace Assisted Living; 2:30 p.m. — Monarch Meadows Assisted Living; 3 p.m. — Swedish Cemetery, Belgrade Township.

• Morson-Ario VFW Post 9713, Lyle C. Pearson Sr. DAV Chapter 10, Marine Corps League, National Guard and auxiliaries:

• 9 a.m. — Pilgrims Rest Cemetery; 10 a.m. — Kasota Cemetery; 11 a.m. — Pathstone Living Center; 11:35 am. — WWI Memorial, Sibley Park.

Vietnam Veterans of Southern Minnesota and the Korean War Veterans associations will participate in ceremonies.

• A continental breakfast will be served 6:30-7:30 a.m. at American Legion Post 11 to participants in ceremonies. VFW Post 950 is the host.

Amboy

• 9 a.m. — program at Maple River School.

Blue Earth

• 10:30 a.m. — program at Riverside Cemetery; at high school if raining.

Cleveland

• 10 a.m. — Savidge Lake Cemetery. Bus ride to program leaves 9:30 a.m. from Cleveland Legion Hall.

Eagle Lake area

• 11 a.m. — Eagle Lake Cemetery; 11:30 a.m. — breakfast at American Legion Hall.

Elysian

• 9 a.m. — march to Cedar Hill Cemetery.

Garden City

• 11:15 a.m. Garden City Cemetery; rain location, Wellcome Community Room.

Gaylord

• 10 a.m. — city park.

Janesville

• 9 a.m. — Veterans Park; speaker Michael Rath, retired Minnesota National Guard colonel.

Judson area

• 2 p.m. — Hebron Cemetery, speaker Lyn Braun. Lunch served after service. Will move to American Legion Post in Nicollet if raining.

Henderson

• 10:45 a.m. — parade; 11 a.m. — program at Bender Park.

Kasota

• 9 a.m. — program at community center.

Lafayette

10 a.m. — program at mini park; 11 a.m. potluck.

Lake Crystal

• 9:30 a.m. — LCM Secondary School.

Le Center

• 9 a.m. — Central Health Care; 9:45 a.m. — parade, from St. Mary Catholic Church parking lot; 10 a.m. — program at elementary/middle school; speaker American Legion Post 10 former commander Don Hayden.

Le Sueur

• 9:15 a.m. — Legion Park; speaker Army veteran Michael Keenan.

Madelia

• 9 a.m. — parade, followed by program at grade school and noon potluck; speaker Sgt. Major Robert Klinker.

Madison Lake area

• 8:45 a.m. — Navy veterans salute, Point Pleasant; 9 a.m. — Sugar Grove Cemetery; 9:30 a.m. — Marysburg Cemetery; 10 a.m. — Madison Lake Cemetery. Brunch at Point Pleasant after ceremonies.

Mapleton

• 9:30 a.m. — Maple River AAA gymnasium.

Minnesota Lake

• 10 a.m. — city cemetery; community potluck at Lembke Building.

Mountain Lake

• 9 a.m. — city park bandshell; speaker Sgt. 1st Class Brigham Hampel.

New Richland

• 11 a.m. — program at Central Park; chicken dinner at Trinity Lutheran Church.

New Ulm

• 9 a.m. — parade, starts on Minnesota Avenue; 10 a.m. service at cemetery.

• Nicollet

11 a.m. — program at park (in Friendship Hall if raining); followed by potluck.

Rapidan

• 9 a.m. — Rapidan Memorial Park; speaker Sgt. 1st Class Martin Presley. 10 a.m. program about Honor Flight by Mike Pulis; 11:30 a.m. lunch.

St. Clair area

• 8:45 a.m. — flag raising; 9 a.m. — Boswell Cemetery; 9:15 a.m. — St. John’s Cemetery; 9:30 a.m. — St. Clair Catholic Cemetery; 9:45 a.m. — Medo-McPherson (Preston) Cemetery; 10 a.m. — Medo Central Cemetery (Weaver); 10:15 a.m. — Medo Lutheran Cemetery, Pemberton; 10:30 a.m. — Dumdei Memorial Park, Pemberton; 10:45 a.m. — Marzinske Corner; 11 a.m. — St. Clair Lutheran Cemetery; 11:15 a.m. — wreath ceremony at Le Sueur River Bridge.

Sleepy Eye

• 9 a.m. — flag raising at Servicemen’s Club.

Springfield

• 5 p.m. — program at high school.

Vernon Center

• 10:30 a.m. — program at Vernon Center Cemetery; if weather is inclement, the service will be at the Grace United Methodist Church.

Waldorf

• 10:15 a.m. — JWP Intermediate School Auditorium. Guest speaker Terry Ziemke, Vietnam vet.

Waseca

• 9 a.m. — Harry Popiel, retired Air Force major, is guest speaker for a program near Waseca County Courthouse.

Waterville

• 8:30 a.m. — corner of Third and Lake streets.

Wells

• 9 a.m. — lineup for parade to cemetery; 10 a.m. program at cemetery (USC if raining)
