Hildebrandt, another man and a juvenile male were ordered out of their vehicle at gunpoint by those officers. A pellet gun was found inside.
A plea deal was reached earlier this week where Hildebrandt pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charge for the new gun incident and a felony charge for the drug incident. The deal requires Hildebrandt to not object to a probation revocation for the original shooting charge involving Marxen. A pre-sentence investigation was ordered and a sentencing hearing was scheduled for Nov. 12.
According to the plea agreement, Hildebrandt will receive a misdemeanor sentence for the second gun incident and a one-year sentence for the drug conviction. A three-year prison sentence will be issued after his probation is revoked for the Allen Court shooting.
