Guidelines: Students in grades kindergarten through twelve respond to a question posed each month. Essays should be 200 words or less and should be typed or written legibly. Please include writer’s name, age, grade, school, and teacher’s name with each essay. Students may also submit illustrations (preferably colored with colored pencil). Several submissions are chosen for publication in The Free Press.
