  Ida Lillian (Peters) Wolle, age 89 of St. Peter, formerly of New Sweden Township, died on Monday, April 15, 2013 at the Benedictine Living Center in St. Peter.  Funeral service will be 11:00 a.m. on Friday, April 19 at Norwegian Grove Lutheran Church.  Rev. Craig Ferkenstad will officiate.  Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. on Thursday at Kolden Funeral Home in Le Sueur, and will continue one hour prior to service time at the church.  Interment will be in the church cemetery.

  She was born on August 8, 1923 in Good Thunder, MN to Otto and Lillian (Malzahn) Peters.  She attended schools in the Good Thunder area.  She married Elroy Wolle in Good Thunder on October 9, 1940.  They farmed in the Good Thunder area until 1947, they then bought a farm in New Sweden Township, Nicollet County.  They moved to Gaylord in 1970.  They enjoyed square dancing and playing cards with friends.  She was also an avid Minnesota Twins and Vikings fan, enjoyed visiting, reading, word search, puzzles and crocheting.  She was a member of the Norwegian Grove Lutheran Church near Gaylord.

  Ida is survived by daughters, Jo Ann Conrath of Battle Ground, WA and Sandy (Kevin) Hartmann of St. Peter, MN; son, Curtis (Nancy) Wolle of Stevens Point, WI; 10 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; sisters, Arlene Hanson of Mapleton, MN and Ardys (Everett) Johnson of Mesa, AZ.

  She is preceded in death by her husband, Elroy; son, Dale; son-in-law, Robert Conrath; and brothers, Marvin and Raymond Peters.
