Mariah Verkinderen and Hallie Enderle ripped eight kills apiece in a 3-0 loss to Rochester Mayo Monday in Big Nine Conference volleyball. Mayo won the match 25-22, 25-12, 25-23.

Mariah Verkinderen and Hallie Enderle ripped eight kills apiece in a 3-0 loss to Rochester Mayo Monday in Big Nine Conference volleyball. Mayo won the match 25-22, 25-12, 25-23.
Verkinderen and Enderle also had two blocks apiece. Kelsie Milbrandt delivered 10 digs and Haley Nourie had 25 set assists.
East (11-10, 4-3 in Big Nine Conference) hosts Jackson Country Central at 7 p.m. today.
Loyola 3, Sleepy Eye 0
Jaqui Menke recorded eight kills as Mankato Loyola defeated Sleepy Eye 25-19, 25-20, 25-20 in a nonconference match played Monday at Fitzgerald Gym.
Maria Peterson had five kills for the Crusaders. Teammate Kristy Rotchadl tallied 19 set assists.
Loyola (4-7-2) travels to Blooming Prairie today for a Gopher Conference match.
Waseca 3, St. James 2
Kelly Loonan had nine kills to lead Waseca in its 25-15, 15-25, 25-27, 25-22, 15-9 defeat of St. James in a South Central Conference match Monday at Waseca.
Casie DeVos recorded eight kills and 26 set assists for the Bluejays.
Hannah Reuter tallied 27 set assists for the Saints. Teammate Abbie Curry had a team-high 10 kills.
Waseca hosts Austin today in a nonconference match.
NRHEG 3, Albert Lea 0
New Richland-Hartland-Ellendale-Geneva defeated Albert Lea 3-0 Monday at New Richland. The game scores were 25-19, 25-19, 25-5.
Anna Schlaak led NRHEG with 12 kills. Kelsey Christiansen tallied 24 digs, Jenna Brekke recorded 14 assists, and Chelsey Waltz had 15 digs for the Panthers. The team served 100% for the night.
