Buisman interviews for Green Bay job

GREEN BAY, WIS. — Minnesota State athletic director Kevin Buisman was scheduled to interview for the vacant AD job at Division I Wisconsin-Green Bay, on Monday, according to a UWGB press release.

Buisman is one of five finalists for the position, which opened this summer after Ken Bothof departed for Northern Kentucky.

Buisman, who has been athletic director at Minnesota State since 2002, was the first finalist to interview at UWGB. The other finalists are Chicago State athletic director Dan Schumacher, Western Illinois assistant vice president and former AD Tim Van Alstine, Wisconsin-Green Bay interim athletic director Dan McIver and Bowling Green State associate athletic director for external relations Mary Ellen Gillespie.
