MSU gets rolling in second half, downs Waldorf 94-50

MANKATO — Minnesota State outscored Waldorf College 60-24 in the second half and rolled to a 94-50 nonconference men's basketball victory Friday at Bresnan Arena.

Zach Monaghan led the Mavericks with 22 points and seven assists, and Tanner Addler added 21 points.

Junior Assem Marei suffered a sprained ankle early in the first half and did not return.

Minnesota State (3-1) hosts Jamestown College at 4 p.m. Sunday.
