Investigators reported a bag containing a pound of marijuana was found inside the safe. A jar with several smaller bags of pot, described as “dub sacks,” also was found. Dub sack is a street term used to describe a bag of drugs worth $20. Those bags weighed a total of more than 2 ounces, the complaint said.
Hodges appeared in Nicollet Count District Court this week for felony charges of possession of a large amount of marijuana and being a felon in possession of a firearm. He’s also facing a gross misdemeanor charge of child endangerment for possessing drugs where a child is living.
Hodges also was arrested in Le Sueur County and charged with terroristic threats for a Jan. 21 incident. He is accused of threatening a woman he knew after picking her up and refusing to let her out of his vehicle.
