— Laurie Johnson and Timothy Nelson were married May 31 at Grace United Methodist Church in Burnsville. Pastor Mary Hurmence officiated.
Parents of the couple are Larry and Peggy Johnson of Nisswa and Dan and Linda Nelson of Good Thunder.
Maid/matron of honor was Christine Johnson and best man was Matt Nelson.
Bridesmaid was Michelle Nelson.
Flower girls were Madison Nelson and Madeline Johnson.
Groomsman was Jeff Johnson.
Laurie Johnson is a 1988 graduate of Lakeville High School, a 1992 graduate of the University of Minnesota and is currently pursuing a master’s degree at St. Mary’s University.
Timothy Nelson is a 1989 graduate of Lake Crystal Wellcome Memorial High School, a 1994 graduate of Minnesota State University, Mankato and is currently employed by Wells Fargo.
A reception was held at The Legends Golf Club in Prior Lake. The couple is home in Chaska.
