The Minnesota Air Spectacular show, 2019 edition, took to the skies on a sunny afternoon at the Mankato Regional Airport on Saturday. Various information booths and vendors lined the airfield for the crowds to visit before or during the show. As clouds began to loom in the distance, a variety of stunt planes, pyrotechnics and a little bit of humor entertained the audience of all ages. All of the scheduled acts performed except for the grand finale, the Thunderbirds, who had to cancel moments before they were set to take off from the runway. A mid-afternoon rain storm sent most of the crowd scattering back to their cars or shelter, ending Saturday's show.
