Auto shop fire in North Mankato
Firefighters try to knock down a fire at the Midwest Auto Pros building, 1129 Cross St., in North Mankato. They responded to the fire call at about 11:45 a.m. A vehicle caught fire during welding, a worker said, but he and a co-worker were able to escape. Multiple explosions could be heard during the fire.Â
